Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Cost Reduction and Optimization

Analyze spending patterns to identify areas for cost reduction and develop strategies to achieve cost savings.

Working Capital Management

Monitor working capital metrics to enhance liquidity and manage inventory levels to minimize excess stock.

Procurement and Sourcing

Lead the integration of order automation systems, streamline procurement processes, and oversee contract management to ensure compliance with terms and negotiate favorable agreements.

Vendor Relationship Management

Establish strong vendor relationships, monitor performance, and ensure a best-in-class digital procure-to-pay system with governance compliance.

Inventory Management

Responsible for ensuring that goods and supplies are purchased and delivered at the most competitive prices and are of the required quality.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a relevant qualification.

Professional Experience

8-12 years of total experience in procurement or a related field.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking, and good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
