About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Expert to join our team at Organon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, increasing awareness and use of our pharmaceutical and medical products, and driving sales growth in your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with healthcare professionals to increase awareness and use of our products.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, their applications, and the needs of our customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets in your territory.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric; a tertiary degree or diploma in a relevant field would be an advantage.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Therapeutic area knowledge and selling experience would be an advantage.
  • Direct selling experience would be advantageous.
