This role requires the ability to maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients, as well as ensuring that all site-specific security requirements are met.

The key areas of responsibility include maintaining relationships, training officers, ensuring contractual requirements are met, identifying risks, and evaluating service levels.

  • Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Services Group and clients.
  • Ensure timely posting of security officers on site.
  • Train officers on shrinkage prevention.
  • Evaluate service levels and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A matric certificate.
  • PsiRA Grade A or B registration and accreditation.
  • At least 5 years' experience in retail, preferably with a security background.
  • Experience as a site manager, having managed a security compliment.
  • Knowledge and experience in investigation techniques.
  • Staff management experience.
  • Computer literacy.
  • No criminal record.

The successful candidate will work day shifts (Monday to Friday) and every alternate weekend.
