Drive Business Growth with NTT DATA

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the Middle East and Africa region through effective Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and programmes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ABM programmes aligned with NTT DATA's regional business priorities, goals, and identified client needs, working closely with country marketing teams and collaborating with global ABM centres of excellence and divisions.
- Work with business leadership, the CMO for MEA, and the MEA marketing team to identify and prioritize key accounts and cluster campaigns based on client insights.
- Collaborate with account teams, subject matter experts, and centres of excellence/agency partners to develop tailored messaging that positions NTT DATA appropriately in the minds of stakeholders.
- Support the development of ABM approaches and tactics for global campaigns and brand initiatives, leveraging existing marketing assets and programmes to meet the specific needs of each account.
- Set measurable objectives for ABM programmes that align with NTT DATA's global marketing KPIs and can be traced to demonstrate ABM adoption and performance in achieving business goals.
- Effectively manage marketing budgets to execute ABM activities with a positive return on investment.
Requirements
- Commercial Acumen - a deep understanding of NTT DATA's strategy and business model, including the levers that drive commercial success and ability to understand the business model and drivers of ABM accounts.
- Collaboration - a collaborative style and ability to build relationships across teams to achieve objectives, give and receive feedback to improve team performance, and take a customer-centric view to bring together the whole of NTT DATA for the benefit of the customer.
- Communication - effective written and verbal communication skills to achieve specific objectives.
- Facilitation - ability to facilitate meetings and workshops to develop target outcomes and use open questions to encourage team members to share their views and expertise.
- Personal Influence - ability to communicate with impact and influence stakeholders at all levels in the organization, manage own energy levels, demonstrate empathy, and use active listening to quickly build rapport.
- Program Management - capability to juggle a range of projects, be flexible, and independently meet deadlines to consistently deliver results.
- Exposure and understanding of different cultures and approaches, business-level proficiency in English language, and ability to operate within a matrix environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- Certifications in ABM, digital marketing, or relevant IT domains can provide a competitive advantage.
- 5 years of experience in technology and/or business environments, marketing, communications, or online agency experience, or some mix thereof, required.
