About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Partner to join our team at Telesure Investment Holdings Pty. As a Business Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive insurance solutions to businesses and individuals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Needs Analysis and Advisory Services

Conduct thorough needs analysis to identify clients' commercial and personal insurance needs, and advise them on suitable insurance solutions.

  1. Customized Insurance Solutions

Develop and implement customized insurance solutions strategies to meet clients' commercial and personal insurance needs.

  1. Ongoing Support and Guidance

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, reviewing their portfolio regularly and adjusting as needed.

  1. Relationship Building and Maintenance

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

  1. Industry Knowledge and Staying Up-to-Date

Stay informed about industry trends and regulations, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to better serve clients.

  1. Team Collaboration

Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in commercial insurance advisory services, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial advisory services. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required, and a Short-Term Insurance certificate is preferred.

Desirable Skills and Qualities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
