Key Responsibilities- Purchase Orders Management: Manage purchase orders from receipt to payment, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Data Capturing and Processing: Collect, verify, and process data accurately and efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards.
- Analytics and Reporting: Analyze data trends, create reports, and present findings to stakeholders, providing actionable insights to drive business decisions.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating travel arrangements, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business operations, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new software quickly.
A competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including:
