Job Title: IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Specialist

Numata is seeking a highly skilled IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, compliance, and alignment of our IT infrastructure with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • IT Governance and Compliance: Develop and enforce IT governance frameworks and standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks, maintaining an up-to-date risk register and generating risk management reports.
  • Cybersecurity Analysis: Conduct risk and control assessments, recommending improvements for threat and vulnerability management, cybersecurity risk and controls, and incident response.
  • Business and Systems Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into technical solutions and system specifications.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CBAP, or similar.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, security tools, and business process modelling techniques.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience:
  • 3+ years of combined experience in IT GRC, cybersecurity, and business systems analysis.
