Ecommerce Manager Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to join our team at VGP Recruitment.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our eCommerce operations and driving business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a trading strategy to maximise sales, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Own and drive the commercial performance of the eCommerce channel.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on seasonal plans, promotional campaigns, and business-as-usual (BAU) activities.
  • Partner with Digital Marketing to ensure customer acquisition strategies drive high-quality traffic and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in eCommerce, with a focus on online sales performance and customer experience.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a similar enterprise eCommerce platform.
  • Commercially driven – ability to drive revenue growth and optimise performance.
