Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to clients of Old Mutual. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality service, adhering to business and compliance rules, and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide telephonic and face-to-face service to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to service and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all interactions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of business, process, and compliance rules, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Old Mutual's products and processes, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
