OMF Client Relations Specialist

Job Summary
This role is responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to clients of Old Mutual. The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering high-quality service, adhering to business and compliance rules, and maintaining a strong understanding of the company's products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and face-to-face service to clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to service and quality standards, ensuring consistency and excellence in all interactions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of business, process, and compliance rules, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues.
- Strong technical knowledge of Old Mutual's products and processes, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
