OMF Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary
This role is accountable for providing operational support by performing a range of administrative tasks within the Properties department at Old Mutual.
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-day administrative tasks in the Properties department, ensuring seamless operations and efficient service delivery.
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Head of Properties, facilitating effective decision-making and strategic planning.
- Assist the Leasing team with gathering and processing landlord vetting via the internal Old Mutual Finance vetting team, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the Properties management team with processing Adhoc quotations and Invoices via the OMF Finance and procurement team, promoting financial discipline and accuracy.
- Minute taking of operational and management meetings, capturing key decisions and actions.
- Assist the Management team to keep records and gather Client Mandates, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
- Support the Properties management team with developing and implementing employee wellbeing initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12
- NQF 6 to 7 qualification
- MDA or MRI Horizon skills
- Jira skills will be advantageous
- Minimum 3 years experience in operational specialists or similar roles. Ideally, experience in the property sector
- Proficient in Microsoft packages i.e. Word/Excel and Powerpoint
