Job Summary

The OMF Operations Support Specialist will provide operational support to the Properties department by performing a range of administrative tasks. This role is accountable for ensuring the smooth operation of the department and providing high-quality support to the Head of Properties and the Leasing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Properties department
  • Assist the Head of Properties with operational and administrative tasks
  • Support the Leasing team with landlord vetting and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with processing quotations and invoices via the OMF Finance and procurement team
  • Minute taking of operational and management meetings
  • Assist with record-keeping and gathering client mandates
  • Support the development and implementation of employee wellbeing initiatives

Requirements

  • Grade 12
  • NQF 6 to 7 qualification
  • MDA or MRI Horizon skills
  • Jira skills advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years experience in operational specialists or similar roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
