About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Regional Campus Director to join our team at Signa Group. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of education and skills development, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Job Description

The Regional Campus Director will be responsible for the overall management of our regional campus, ensuring that we deliver high-quality education and skills training to our learners. This includes managing a team of staff, developing and implementing educational programs, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders such as employers and government agencies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in education and skills development, with experience in leading and managing teams. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the regional campus, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our learners and align with the strategic goals of Signa Group.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders such as employers and government agencies, ensuring that our programs are relevant and effective.
  • Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of our programs, making recommendations for improvement and change.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in education or a related field, and/or equivalent experience in education and skills development.
  • At least 10 years of experience in education and skills development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff.
  • Experience in budgeting and financial management, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
