As a Regional Manager at Kencorp, you will be responsible for leading a team of store managers to achieve business objectives and drive growth. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing a regional strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Directing and coordinating store operations to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords, government officials, and competitors.
- Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, including new franchise and property developments.
- Ensuring compliance with all aspects of the brand, including operational and brand standards.
- Preparing activity reports to inform management of the status and implementation plans of programs, services, and quality initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A B. Com degree or equivalent qualification.
- At least 5 years of experience at a Regional management level in the restaurant, retail, food, and/or franchising industry.
- Experience in company turnarounds and commercial and retail property.
