We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join our team at The Legends Agency. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and management of our Integration Platform, ensuring seamless integration with multiple business systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and lead the development of new system integrations with business partners and system specialists.
- Design and implement new business automation, robotic process automation, and machine learning applications.
- Monitor systems performance to ensure optimal up-time and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including the business, external partners, and supporting teams.
- Develop and maintain a systems architecture strategy that aligns with the organization's goals.
- Stay up-to-date with current practices and developments in system integration and automation.
- Assist internal customers and business partners with continuous improvements in systems, applications, process automation, and integrations.
- Lead the coordination of system improvement projects and balance stakeholder needs with system context.
- Perform detailed systems and integration analysis and extract data from systems as needed.
- Extensive experience with MS SQL Databases and Azure.
- Solid understanding of workflow design principles and system integration applications.
- Experience developing in business process automation applications like Nintex or K2.
- Experience with robotic process automation and machine learning software like Automation Anywhere.
- SAP experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
