Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Ambassador, you'll act as a trusted advisor, arming customers with the tools and tactics needed to get the most out of their AWS investment. If you're passionate about cloud computing, enjoy solving complex technical issues, and have a knack for helping customers understand application architectures and integration approaches, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions for customers
  • Drive customer interactions by working closely with customers to identify and resolve issues
  • Coach and mentor new hires, develop and present training, and partner with development teams on complex issues or contact deflection initiatives
  • Participate in new hiring, write tools and scripts to help the team, and work with leadership on process improvement and strategic initiatives

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
  • Experience in enterprise systems administration, including Windows Server and related services (Active Directory, DNS, IIS, MSSQL)
  • Knowledge of Windows troubleshooting tools (WinDbg, Windows Sysinternals, perfmon, WPR/WPA)
  • Experience with System Administration, Networking technologies, and programming/scripting
