Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Human Resources Strategic Partner to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a global organization and make a significant impact on the company's HR strategies and initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives.\
  • Manage Employee Life Cycle: Oversee the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, learning and development, talent management, reward and recognition, employee wellness, employee engagement, leave management, and international mobility.\
  • Provide Expertise and Support: Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to employees, managers, and HR teams on HR-related matters.\
  • Drive Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion within the organization and ensure that all HR initiatives and programs are aligned with these values.\
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, HR teams, and employees.\
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure that the organization remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a global organization.\
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

What We Offer

MICHELIN offers a competitive salary range of R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement annuity, and paid time off.
