Job Title: Business Development Manager
About the Role:
As a key member of our executive team at Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our sales and marketing strategy to achieve challenging growth targets.
Main Responsibilities:
We are looking for a hands-on leader to motivate and develop a sales team in executing our sales strategy. This will involve overseeing a data-driven approach to setting pricing and product portfolio strategy by leading rigorous market research initiatives to support these decisions. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of proven leadership experience, with previous company-wide commercial sales and marketing responsibility within the steel industry.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree at minimum, with an Engineering or technical degree being a significant advantage. They will also have primary steel products experience, preferably including flat carbon steel (hot rolled coil and hot rolled plate). The ideal candidate will have a successful track record of implementing a commercial sales strategy and achieving multi-year double-digit revenue growth in a related steel sector in South Africa.
What We Offer:
