Salary: R15,000 - R18,000 per month

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a Matric Certificate and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be professional, well-groomed, and friendly, with the ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area. Previous reception or administrative experience is an advantage, and the ability to start immediately is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
  • Phone Call Management: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to provide excellent customer service.
  • Mail and Delivery Management: Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general administrative tasks as needed, providing support to the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Reception Area Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for visitors.

Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate: A Matric Certificate is a requirement for this position.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Professionalism: A professional, well-groomed, and friendly demeanor is required.
  • Ability to Multitask: The ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area is essential.
  • Previous Experience: Previous reception or administrative experience is an advantage.
  • Availability: The ability to start immediately is required.
