Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all operational aspects of our Padel clubs, including staff, facilities, and member experience.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive growth and improve efficiency.
  • Lead and motivate a diverse team of staff to achieve operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business plans.
  • Monitor and control budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in sports or hospitality industries.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-site operations and leading diverse teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Playtomic or similar sports management software.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel between sites as required.
  • Padel or similar racket sports experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in social media management and marketing.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Coaching certification or relevant experience is a plus.
