Job Summary:
Momentum Metropolitan Holdings Limited is a leading financial services provider seeking an experienced Group Health Scheme Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing group health schemes, identifying corporate client leads, and marketing Momentum Health Solutions. You will also collaborate in the delivery of an integrated Health and Employee Benefits proposition for the SMME segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage group health schemes and ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify corporate client leads and market Momentum Health Solutions.
- Collaborate with consultants and product specialists to deliver a comprehensive Health and Employee Benefits proposition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance.
- 3-5 years' experience in group health scheme management, sales, or marketing within a financial services environment.
- Proven track record in successfully managing group health schemes and delivering high-quality services.
