**Job Summary:**

Talent Shore SA Ltd is seeking a skilled Clinical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey, ensuring seamless communication and efficient administrative processes.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Communication: Respond promptly and accurately to patient inquiries via phone or email, providing guidance on eligibility checks, accessing health information, and treatment pathways.
  • Appointment Management: Manage appointment bookings, ensuring all required information is provided and scheduled with appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and send post-appointment correspondence to patients, general practitioners, and pharmacies. Maintain accurate patient records, raise invoices, and provide administrative support for meetings.
  • Compliance and Governance: Conduct compliance checks, report incidents, and maintain 100% completion of mandatory training.
  • Service Improvement: Participate in governance and service improvement initiatives, foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, and engage in patient outreach.

**Requirements:

  • Background: Experience in health and social care, preferably in a role combining administrative and patient-facing responsibilities.
  • Skills: Excellent English language skills, strong organizational and prioritization abilities, reliable, flexible, and team-oriented.
  • Education: A good standard of general secondary education, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and evidence of the right to work in South Africa.
