Job Overview

Career-seekers Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead the implementation of manufacturing excellence initiatives across our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise to drive performance improvement programs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional project management teams to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective governance programs that drive value-add outcomes.
  • Maintain open communication channels and foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure delivery of program plans and provide regular progress updates to senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years post-qualification FMCG experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record in change management and its application within project management environments.
  • Extensive knowledge of performance improvement programs and ability to establish pragmatic value-added governance programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and present findings effectively.
  • Business acumen and operational credibility, with ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, partner with businesses, and deliver results.
