Job Description

Aramex seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to drive revenue expansion in assigned areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, exceeding sales targets through strategic account development and relationship building.
  • Develop and execute plans to maximize market share within designated regions, fostering long-term partnerships with key clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate data analysis and efficient customer interactions.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales activity, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or logistics.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills advantageous.
