About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Content Strategist to join our team at Wholesun Bread. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in developing and producing high-quality content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation Strategy: Develop innovative content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Marketing Content and Dissemination: Produce and distribute high-quality content across various channels, including social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, field agents, and third parties.
Required Experience and Skills:
  • Proven Experience: 5 years of proven experience in marketing, social media content creation, and social media account management.
  • Industry Experience: Specific industry experience is highly advantageous.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, and WordPress.
Critical Technical and Analytical Skills:
  • Strategic Planning: Skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth.
  • Data Analysis: Proficient in analyzing data to make evidence-based decisions and enhance marketing strategies.
  • Business Development: Understanding of business growth processes, including lead generation, sales funnel management, and client acquisition.
  • SEO Knowledge: Competent in SEO tools and practices to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
  • Marketing Strategy Execution: Capable of planning, executing, and managing marketing strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Company Services Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company's services and the ability to communicate benefits effectively to clients.
