The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all laboratory activities are conducted in accordance with established protocols and procedures. This includes:

  • Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with laboratory regulations and standards
  • Developing and implementing quality assurance and control procedures
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Providing training and guidance to laboratory personnel on quality assurance and compliance procedures

We require a BSc Degree in Chemistry and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a laboratory setting. Knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Management Systems (HACCP, ISO, and FSSC) is also essential.

This role offers a competitive salary range of R45 000 - R55 000 per annum, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
