We are looking for a motivated individual who can process health and funeral claims efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer care, communication skills, and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and capture claim information accurately, ensuring all relevant documentation is complete and compliant.
- Engage with members/claimants and service providers regarding queries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including maintaining strict adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in funeral claims processing.
