Front Office Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel's front office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising front desk personnel, ensuring the efficient completion of all front office duties, and coordinating activities across reservations, guest services, and telephone areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct front office staff to ensure excellent customer service and high standards of presentation.
  • Ensure proper completion of all front office duties, including training of staff.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Monitor and enhance customer service and sales strategies to increase corporate business.
  • Maintain high standards of presentation and professionalism in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a Front Office Supervisory role in 4-5-star establishments.
  • Grade 12 and computer literate.
  • Proficient in Opera System.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Resilient, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet.
  • Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
  • Strong administration skills.
