**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Office Attendant to join our team at Bright Placements. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience from arrival to departure.

**Job Duties**

- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.

- Handle bookings, reservations, and guest communications efficiently.

- Assist with administrative duties as needed.

- Resolve guest concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.

- Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the reception area.

**Qualifications and Requirements**

- Minimum Experience: 1 year in a front desk position or practical training as part of a hospitality/tourism-related qualification.

- Education: Tertiary education level, preferably hospitality related.

- Skills: Strong linguistic and interpersonal skills with a positive and energetic attitude, excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, competent in multitasking and problem-solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and any property management system.
