Gijima Holdings is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to join our team. This key role will be responsible for managing the implementation, maintenance and support of customer network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing specific plans to ensure adherence to customer network plans
  • iOS upgrade planning aligned to vulnerability remediation
  • Review of configuration templates aligned to CIS standards
  • Producing network designs in accordance with customer-approved standards

This role requires a strong understanding of networking technology and the wider IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will have experience in management of operations, network services and solution support, strategy design and implementation, as well as vendor/supplier management.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to portray a strategic perspective of technical vs. business environments. Strong financial management, budgeting, actuals and forecasting skills are also essential.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can work effectively across levels and within teams to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
