The successful candidate will possess excellent writing and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and submit high-quality bids and proposals to clients;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and input;
  • Liaise with subcontractors, partners and supporting departments;
  • Lead a team of proposal writers;
  • Coordinate proposal reporting and status updates.
Requirements:
  • BSc or MSc Degree in a relevant discipline;
  • At least 5 years of experience in bid and proposal development, preferably in the offshore industry;
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills;
  • Poerful communication at all organizational levels;
  • Pragmatic and proactive approach with hands-on mindset and problem-solving skills;
  • Natural ability to get things done in a structured way and to certain deadlines;
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change;
  • Experience leading teams to excellence;
  • Proficient user of MS Office applications;
  • Knowledge of planning programs, such as MS Project and/or Primavera is an asset;
  • Prepared to travel abroad for short missions.
