Job Title: HR Manager

Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our business units, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth and improve employee engagement
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and selection
  • Manage the HR function, including payroll, benefits, and employee data
  • Collaborate with line managers to identify and address HR-related issues
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including the Employment Equity Act and Labour Relations Act
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
  • Provide HR reporting and analytics to support business decision-making
Requirements:
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations
