Job Summary

Fouche & Co Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Sage, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
  • Payroll and Tax Management: Process payroll and manage tax submissions efficiently to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and oversee cash flow management to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to ensure the company's financial goals are met.
Requirements
  • Education: Tertiary Education in Accounting or Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, specifically with Sage.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Sage software packages, strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational and time-management skills, and ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

R10 000 - R15 000 per month, dependent on experience.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 12:30 or 12:00 - 16:30.
