Job OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting contextual and integrated financial solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and personalized support.
- Provide tailored solutions to meet the unique needs of each client, driving sales results and achieving business objectives.
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and development, recommending targeted solutions to enhance client experience.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- A completed financial-related qualification (NQF5 or higher) is essential for this role.
- 1-2 years' experience in Client Services Support and delivery is preferred.
