Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex sales processes, diligently develop pipeline and healthy opportunities, prepare and conduct sales presentations, engaging effectively with all focus customers.
  • Key Account Development: work closely with Team Leader(s) to establish and implement account plan and strategy.
  • Acquire the needed technical competency to hold at least preliminary technical presentations and discussions with customers.
  • Effective management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new revenue through prospecting, lead/funnel follow-up, and effective territory management in a broad base of industries and applications using company structured KPI's.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: preparation of quotes, CRM management and territory reporting on a regular basis.
  • Plan and conduct weekly sales visits to targeted customers on a regular basis to build visibility.
  • Review and update progression of these visits with Team Leader(s) on a weekly basis.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or relevant qualifications.
  • At least 2-3 years' experience in technical sales of industrial automation.
  • Valid driver's license.
