We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Debtors Clerk to join our team at Spilastyle CC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large debtors' books in the aftermarket spares industry, ensuring timely payments and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and reconcile two bank accounts with 1000 customers each
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and send follow-up letters if accounts are not paid by the 7th of the month
  • Process queries, claims, and debtors
  • Submit day-end reports and perform general administrative duties
Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in the automotive industry as a debtors clerk
  • Ability to work in a computerized environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Target-driven and a team player
  • Own transport
