Vine Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer - Product Development to join their team. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong background in mechanical, manufacturing, material, or mechatronics engineering.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and modifying technical drawings for product families using CAD software. Additionally, you will prepare model configurations of new products based on existing data and ensure that all designs meet the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in solid modelling, assemblies, and drawings/detailing within CAD software. Knowledge of SolidWorks is advantageous, but not mandatory. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product designs.

This role requires independence, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and product development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field;
  • At least 5+ years of experience in mechanical, manufacturing, material, or mechatronics engineering;
  • Proficiency in CAD software, including SolidWorks;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is approximately $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
