**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide strategic direction and guidance to the Cash & Bank team
* Oversee and manage cash shortages accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Conduct thorough reviews of unreconciled bank accounts and implement corrective actions
* Lead month-end reviews to ensure records are well-maintained and up-to-date
* Promote and uphold company values and culture

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail
* Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate team members
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex issues
* Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals
* Experience with general administration, reconciliations, and bank account reviews

**Qualifications:**

* Grade 12
