Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join our team, overseeing the daily operations of our Intensive Care Unit. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care, working closely with our medical team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the ICU, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practice and sound clinical judgment.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Nursing
  • Experience in ICU
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
