The LIFE Healthcare Group is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Training Specialist to join their team. This role will be responsible for the effective management of CPD & other programs for qualified nurses, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/Degree in Nursing and post-registration nursing experience within a relevant healthcare environment. They will also possess strong clinical leadership expertise, facilitation and assessment skills, and computer proficiency.
In this role, you will plan, coordinate and participate in nursing competency requirements, provide coaching and mentoring to staff, and manage risk-based in-service training programs. You will also be responsible for identifying and addressing gaps in nursing education and developing strategies to improve clinical practice.
