About the Role

As a Sales & Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead generation to contract execution. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with customers, negotiating prices and terms, and resolving any issues that may arise during the sales cycle.

You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other general office duties. In addition, you will assist with operational coordination, ensuring that all bookings and essential business functions are executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Support

  • Implement processes to streamline and enhance sales performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Negotiate prices and terms.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Administrative Support

  • Manage contracts, orders, and placements to ensure smooth business operations.

Operational Coordination

  • Ensure all bookings and essential business functions are executed efficiently.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior experience in the food industry.
  • Strong sales acumen and a confident, engaging phone manner.
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative skills.
  • Experience with customer service and handling complaints professionally.
  • Familiarity with Canva and social media management (Meta platforms).
  • Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to business growth.
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop.
