Job Title: Internal Sales Support

 

About the Role:

 

As an Internal Sales Support at Cappop Media Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing administrative and operational assistance to our sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes, delivering excellent customer service, and providing comprehensive support to our sales representatives and account managers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely order entry.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery to customers.
  • Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients based on sales team guidance.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to obtain necessary artwork, product samples, and mock-ups for customer presentations and approvals.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests for information, and pricing quotes.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, pricing, and promotional offers to effectively address customer queries and assist in upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers, ensuring they are informed about delivery schedules, changes, or potential issues.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics, providing insights to management on sales trends, customer feedback, and market conditions.
  • Support the sales team in managing and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities, including mailings, product launches, and trade show preparations.
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing sales meetings, client visits, and customer events, including logistics, scheduling, and preparation of necessary materials.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and improve sales processes, providing feedback and suggestions to the sales team and management.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Matric or equivalent; Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the print industry or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
  • Familiarity with print industry products, terminology, and sales processes is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of print production processes, graphic design, and artwork file formats is a plus.
  • Experience with order management systems or ERP software is desirable.
