We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Midvaal Recruitment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive sector, with a focus on heavy-duty vehicles and their components.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities by calling on existing and future customers.

Meet with potential new customers to promote products and services offerings.

Identify and suggest products or ranges based on customer needs or current stock levels.

Resolve customer complaints or queries.

Demonstrate products to customers.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the automotive sector, specifically in fleets, workshops, and retail.

Experience in selling truck spares is essential.

Familiarity with heavy-duty vehicles (trucks, construction equipment) and their components is required.

A national Senior Certificate is necessary.

Salary and Benefits:

The successful candidate can expect a salary of approximately R15,000 per month.

This comes with a range of benefits, including commission-based remuneration, a company car, petrol card, and phone/data allowance.

Location:

The job will be based in Springs, covering areas including East Rand and Pretoria.
