The Co-ordinator of Academic Engagement will play a crucial role in planning and executing academic events, partnerships, and collaborations that enhance the university's reputation and impact.
Main Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate academic events, including conferences, seminars, and workshops, to facilitate knowledge sharing and networking among stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academia, and other organizations to promote collaboration and mutual benefits.
- Foster a culture of innovation and entrepreneurship within the university by identifying and promoting opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
- Manage and coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment, to ensure seamless event execution.
- Collaborate with faculty members, staff, and students to design and deliver educational content that meets the needs of partners and stakeholders.
- Relevant degree in events management, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in events management, project coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
