Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Headhunters. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and provide customized growth plans.
- Present clients with a portfolio of services and support them through the application process.
- Handover clients to the Operations team and facilitate a seamless transition.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Essential Qualifications:
- Matric qualification or equivalent.
- Relevant business qualification.
- At least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Proven customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
