Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Headhunters. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges and provide customized growth plans.
  • Present clients with a portfolio of services and support them through the application process.
  • Handover clients to the Operations team and facilitate a seamless transition.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and drive business growth through strategic partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Matric qualification or equivalent.
  • Relevant business qualification.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent sales and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license.
