About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agricultural Segment Lead to join our team at Plennegy Ltd. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the agricultural equipment market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales budgets for allocated areas
  • Analyze agricultural activities and determine equipment requirements
  • Develop annual segment sales budgets and product sales plans
  • Execute against unit and GP sales targets
  • Implement corrective actions to ensure sales budgets are achieved

Requirements:

  • Post-Matric Certificate/Diploma in agriculture, business, or marketing
  • Valid South African driver's license
  • High level of product application knowledge
  • Agricultural Mechanization knowledge
  • Customer and Personal Service knowledge
  • Business knowledge and financial acumen
