Agricultural External Sales Consultant

We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as an Agricultural External Sales Consultant. This role involves developing and managing relationships with agricultural clients, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales in the sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with agricultural clients, including farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors.
- Actively identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
- Provide expert advice on products, services, and solutions to meet the needs of clients.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs, provide product demonstrations, and close sales.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agricultural sales or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the agricultural industry and its products.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
Earned Salary: R600,000 per annum (approximately $40,000 USD), depending on performance and experience.
