Agricultural Sales Segment Lead

At Plennegy Ltd, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Segment Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, this role will be responsible for developing, marketing, and selling allocated products in the respective segment to dealers, co-ops, and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales budgets for allocated areas
- Analyze agricultural activities and determine equipment requirements in conjunction with the Product Specification Committee
- Develop annual segment sales budgets focusing on key products
- Execute against unit and GP sales objectives
- Implement corrective actions where deviations occur
- Sell in and sell out products to dealers and customers
- Agricultural mechanization knowledge
- Customer and personal service skills
- Business acumen and financial management
- Post-matric certificate or diploma in agriculture, business, or marketing
- Valid South African driver's license
- 5-10 years of experience in product application and sales
