Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ATM Channel Manager to join our team at Capital Recruit. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the ATM channel, ensuring optimal performance and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor ATM uptime, troubleshoot issues, and implement remedial measures to improve performance.
  • Conduct quality control checks, analyze customer complaints, and implement corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Handle client escalations, collaborate with internal and client teams, and resolve issues within short time frames.
  • Develop and implement strategies to ensure ATM availability and address repeat/chronic failures.
  • Establish and maintain documented month-end plans to ensure high service levels.
  • Design and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Perform routine inspections and quality tests to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Identify and resolve workflow and production issues, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards.
  • Communicate with superiors, addressing issues and proposing solutions.
  • Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement and develop training materials.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including services, licensing, and vendor management activities.
  • Track and manage overtime, ensuring vendor staff rosters are in place to reduce/eliminate overtime.
  • Manage the flow of work, including projects and production fixes, in accordance with established timelines, budget, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Requirements
  • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Cash and ATMs, with a focus on ATM monitoring and vendor liaison.
  • Clear criminal and credit record.
  • Contactable via own mobile phone.
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Proficient in Office Suite, including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including shifts.
Remuneration
  • R25,000.00 to R30,000.00 gross per month.
  • R5,000.00 petrol allowance.
  • R1,500.00 airtime allowance.
