Astor Motor Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our multi-brand dealership team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the productivity and profitability of our workshop and frontline staff.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of service technicians and support staff to achieve high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
* Develop and implement strategies to improve workshop efficiency and profitability
* Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle maintenance, and repair history
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

**Requirements**

* Matric Certificate
* Valid Driver's License
* At least 5 years of recent Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
* Multi-brand dealership experience highly beneficial
* Working knowledge of a DMS
* Excellent people management skills
* Understanding of dealer service levels
* Stable work history
* Contactable references
