Position Overview: As a Marketing Relationship Manager, you will be instrumental in crafting and implementing cutting-edge marketing strategies across diverse platforms, including print, digital, and social media. Your primary focus will be on attracting new clients, fostering existing relationships, and maintaining a unified brand image both internally and externally. You will be key in enhancing customer engagement and loyalty through persuasive campaigns and targeted communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns that align with the broader organizational strategy.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and implement initiatives aimed at driving business expansion and improving client retention.
  • Digital Proficiency: Oversee and enhance traffic across digital channels and online presence.
  • Brand Stewardship: Safeguard and advocate for the brand through consistent messaging and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Performance Evaluation: Assess campaign success using ROI metrics, delivering insightful reports on achievements and areas for enhancement.
  • Collaborative Efforts: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure unified brand communication and execution.
  • Event Management: Organize activations and exhibitions to boost brand visibility, occasionally requiring flexible working hours.

Qualifications:

  • Matric / Grade 12 (Essential).
  • Relevant qualification in marketing.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in brand marketing.
  • Expertise in social media and content marketing.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Experience in youth marketing and community engagement (advantageous).
